8/3/2004 I boarded a 3 connection ✈️ (the cheapest ticket I could find) from CST Mumbai to JFK NYC. Left everything I knew to pursue #medicine in US. Deep gratitude 🙏 for all who helped me along. #ACCWIC #WIM Stay teachable, stay hungry, never give up. #justkeepswimming
