    The Outgoing Permanent Secretary, Bagiire Vincent Waiswa has this morning handed over office to the acting PS, Mr. @MosesWatasa. We are thankful to @Tybisa for the tremendous role played in the transformation of Uganda's ICT sector & wish him success in his new role at @UgandaMFA
