- I’m sorry to hear this. I don’t understand why you say the Police cannot do anything? Surely they can if a crime has been committed and the evidence is recorded. Am I missing something.

- CXR reports stating that Coronavirus pneumonitis cannot be excluded seem like the new version of the echo reports stating that infective endocarditis cannot be excluded.

- 41yo smoker - anterolateral STEMI with OOHCA just (!) after Paramedics arrived. Recurrent VF arrests in ambulance and A+E - Lucas device for 15 minutes - ROSC. Ugly LAD - IVUS guided PCI LMS to mid LAD with 3 overlapping Xience DES. Rewarding outcome despite the 2am finish.

- @NeelyMozawala @uhbwNHS Last Saturday on call in Bristol Royal Infirmary. In between primary PCI cases and hungry so went in search of food at 7.30pm. Only this vending machine available - liquid on the floor. £2.40 for a twirl and some crisps. Why is this accepted in 2022?
