We did a 3 station speed circuit today with 60 guys (skill/mid) that took about 40 min. 1. Depth drop to 3 hurdle hops 2. 20yd prowler bound 3. Fly 10’s 10/10 They got 410 timed runs in on our @DashrMPS system

Save yourself some money as well as headaches by not using a TRX style setup. Go buy a 8-9ft tow strap ($13), some handles ($10) and it will outlive you.

If you want to be a strength and conditioning coach get your teachers certification. I’ve talked with 3 people in the last week who want to get into high school but can’t because they don’t have it. I’d even say it’s more important than having your CSCS.

Soccer player said that she felt great so I let her work up to a heavy single...close to 1.5x's bodyweight squat for an in-season athlete. I had another girl show me her new necklace that said "Strength Is Beautiful" and gave me a high five. #BuildAStrengthMentality

I know that the schedule is different this year because it’s normally State Semi-Finals week, but practicing football on Thanksgiving Day NEVER gets old. Happy Thanksgiving
