- #AHA20 SAMSON shows patients get side effects from taking statin tablets. "The trial shows that 90% of the side effects are related to act of taking a tablet not by what is in the tablet." 50% back on statins at 6 months. Important study for our patients. @ProfDFrancis @NEJM
