- Listen, it is the guns. We need heavy regulation and buyback programs, etc etc. But you know what else it is? Poverty. Low wages. Housing insecurity. Chronic illness and lack of healthcare. Trash, blight and crumbling infrastructure. Redlining. Food deserts. Broken public schools

- Replying to @KaylaAncrum😂 I would be worried that person, if not a hair professional, knows more than is good for them as far as hair coloring is concerned. This is roughly how it works and is based on light and dark NOT tone (I say imagine a grayscale, 1 is black 10 is white).

- If you allow people into your group who hold values that deny certain communities’ humanity, that’s political. Saying nothing is itself a political act. “Not caring” what someone believes says something about what kind of behavior you’ll tolerate in your org.
