1. About CoolDock

These Terms of Service govern your use of CoolDock, our website, and related services. CoolDock is a macOS app that provides a useful second Dock with live widgets, quick actions, apps, folders, system tools, weather, calendar, reminders, media controls, search, and other productivity features.

2. License

Each purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal. Your personal, limited, non-transferable license covers the devices and access period shown in the selected offer. The One Year License includes 12 months of access and updates for 1 device. Lifetime Access includes permanent access for the selected number of devices and 12 months of updates; your version keeps working after the update period ends. Forever Edition includes permanent access and all future updates for up to 5 devices. All plans unlock all features. Existing purchases retain the license and update terms offered at the time of purchase.

You may not copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, remove copyright or license notices, build a competing product, or use CoolDock in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

3. Purchases and Payments

Stripe processes payments. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases only and will not change the terms of a completed purchase.

4. Refunds

CoolDock includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, email support@appitstudio.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

5. Updates, Permissions, and Third-Party Services

We may release updates, improvements, fixes, and features for CoolDock. Some features require macOS permissions, such as Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Photos, Files, Microphone, Accessibility, or Screen Recording. You choose which permissions to grant and may revoke them in System Settings; related features may not work without them.

Optional widgets may connect to third-party services. You are responsible for following those providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, pricing, API changes, outages, or data practices.

6. Availability, Warranty, and Liability

CoolDock is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Appit Studio makes no warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally compatible operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Appit Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to CoolDock will not exceed the amount you paid for CoolDock.

7. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how CoolDock handles data and permissions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CoolDock if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, abuse licensing systems, or use CoolDock in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using CoolDock at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The courts in Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or CoolDock.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CoolDock after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.
