Do good and talk about it? For us, this primarily applies to our micronutrient supplements, whose high quality we are proud to discuss. After all, the scientific foundation and exceptionally high FormMed quality are what define us.
However, we also think in premium terms when it comes to “responsibility” – without constantly talking about it. Still, we don’t want to keep it entirely to ourselves, especially since these activities are so important to us. And perhaps you, too, would like to learn more about “your” micronutrient brand – for example, which charitable organizations we support, how we practice sustainability in environmental matters, and how we meet ESG criteria.
With over 600,000 euros, we have so far supported the work of charitable organizations.
All new company vehicles for our field sales team are electric cars – helping us save significant amounts of CO2.

Environmental Awareness
We all want to live in an environment that is as intact as possible – at FormMed, we additionally depend on it for the quality of our supplements.
Environmental awareness is essential for us – and for our supplements. Many raw materials can only be sourced in the required quality within an ecologically intact environment. This is especially true for supplements of scientific quality, which is a given at FormMed. It is therefore just as natural for us to act in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way in every respect.
Anyone who works at FormMed will always find fresh fruit and vegetables in the kitchen. This makes our snacks not only delicious but also rich in vitamins – and as you know, we understand a thing or two about vitamins. Our kitchen’s vitamin supplier is Fruitful Office. This company impresses us not only with its quality but also with its commitment: Fruitful Office supports RIPPLE Africa’s “Planting Fruit Trees Project” in Malawi and plants one tree for every fruit basket sold. So with our appetite for kitchen vitamins, we are also making a small contribution to this wonderful project.

A strong and actively practiced understanding of compliance is an integral part of our corporate culture – entirely independent of legal requirements.
Lawful conduct is a value in itself at FormMed. Our standards of integrity are just as high as those we apply to the quality of our micronutrient supplements. Only in this way can we earn and continually reaffirm the trust of our customers and therapists. Above all, we are convinced that acting correctly is always right and important in life – regardless of business success.
To firmly anchor and transparently communicate our compliance culture among all colleagues, we have set it down in writing. The Code of Conduct and the Sustainability Code provide clear guidance for everyone on how we act at FormMed. With our signatures, we have all affirmed: compliance is not an empty promise for us, but a lived corporate culture.
Anyone starting at FormMed first has a date with data – more precisely, with a data protection training session. This multi-level online training provided by our data protection law firm delivers in-depth knowledge on the secure handling of data. The knowledge acquired is then tested in an assessment. Long-standing employees are also regularly invited to such a “date” to refresh and update their knowledge. In this way, we ensure that data is always in the best hands with us.
The EU Health Claims Regulation defines which nutrition and health-related claims about foods are permitted. Since our products are classified as food supplements, this regulation also applies to us.
Is it a given to comply with legal requirements? For us, yes—anything else would not align with our ethical standards. Due to the Health Claims Regulation, we often say less about the effects of our products than would actually be possible from a scientific perspective. Other providers take a more relaxed approach and promise more. That’s why we mention it here—although it should go without saying.
