UPDATE - I can't do it. Just as soon as I signed up with Tissa's people search engine, I cancelled. I just don't feel right about helping people find other people's addresses and phone numbers. AND THIS PRIVACY ISSUE IS GAINING STEAM. CHECK OUT THE CONTROVERSY BREWING OVER THE MYLIFE.COM PRIVACY SELLING ISSUES THAT TISSA USES TO PROVIDE THE PEOPLE SEARCH ENGINE INFO. I know I could probably make money with it, but it's just not sitting right with my soul. Back to the drawing board. I know better things await... I kept trying to rationalize that many people could use the people search engines for good purposes, like reconnecting with old classmates and finding deadbeat dads and such -- but the reality is that if just one person uses them for nefarious purposes, I just don't want to be a part of that. I wonder if Tissa would care if people found out the address of his fabulous home, and came a' knocking on his door? How I Bought a Brand New $1.2 Million Dolla...

Recently Amazon MP3 Beta was announced, where folks who click on an affiliate / referral link like this one can download music online -- and affiliate marketers online like me would get a cut of the money they pay Amazon -- for all our hard work in telling people about it. I already like Amazon's affiliate program a lot -- especially since they just deposited $55.75 in my checking account today. I've discovered that people like downloading full TV episodes online thru my television site -- amazingly even when I lead them to the free full episode on the network TV's site to watch for no cost, some will still opt to buy individual TV episodes for around 2 bucks a pop -- and that trend is only going to continue. (If you sign up for Amazon Associates free affiliate / referral program and start hawking their wares, you get a flat 10% payout of everything they download thru Amazon Unbox.) D...

by Paula Neal Mooney I was all set to tell you guys about the inspiring story of Ken Savage , who runs BattleDiabetes.com -- a site that ShoeMoney says that Loren Baker says that Ken says earns him just under $40,000 per year. I'm impressed that Ken began BattleDiabetes.com because Type 2 Diabetes is a health issue that's close to his soul -- one I pray he's winning. And the 40 grand earned must be because Ken's got a lot of content on the site dating back to August 2005, because these other factors are an anomaly to me: Search Engine Journal says "Battle Diabetes gets 7,000 to 9,000 pageviews on a given day," but comparing my traffic to Ken Savage's two sites , they seem comparable. And though I'm sure I'll see the 7,000 - 9,000 daily pageviews soon -- thank you Jesus -- right now I'm hovering nicely around 4,000 or so per day. (Unless Alexa is way out in left field as some folks claim it is, I don't know how else to explain the close...
