A project is a complete knowledge base, public or private. Each project can have its own users, custom domain, branding, and readers (for private projects). You can run multiple projects in Document360, for example one or more public product knowledge bases and a private internal handbook.
A reader account is anyone you give access to a private project to read content after logging in. Reader accounts apply only to private knowledge bases.
