Frequently Asked Questions
Credits are used to humanize and analyze text. 1 credit = 100 words for humanization and 200 words for AI detection. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months and work with or without a subscription.
Two levels. Normal is a real rewrite of wording and structure and is free to try with your starting words. Deep is our own rewriting model, trained to read as human writing; it comes with every plan and the $2 trial.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other local payment methods through Stripe.
Subscriptions are not refundable, which is why every new account gets 500 words free to try the tool first. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. You are also never charged for a rewrite that fails, or that comes back scoring worse than the text you gave us.
