1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to humanize.fast. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which provides AI text humanization, AI detection, and hidden character detection services. By accessing and using humanize.fast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
humanize.fast is a platform that transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-like content. We provide three core tools: AI Humanizer (with Quick, Deep, and Complete levels), AI Detector, and Hidden Symbols Finder. Our service uses credit-based usage tracking.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you may create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use trash mail providers to create or maintain your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use humanize.fast. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable Use
humanize.fast makes writing read naturally. It is not a cheating tool: do not use it to submit work as your own where that is prohibited, or to circumvent academic-integrity checks. You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Illegal Activities: Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Academic Fraud: Submit work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies
- Harmful Content: Generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal
- IP Infringement: Violate intellectual property rights of others
- System Abuse: Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or use automated systems to abuse the service
- Fraud: Misrepresent yourself or your content's origin
5. Credits and Billing
Our service uses a credit-based system:
- Free Tier: New users receive 5 credits (500 words) to try the service.
- Subscriptions: Monthly credit allocations reset each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period and unused credits are not refunded pro rata.
- Trial: The $2 trial gives 3 days of the Basic plan with a reduced word allowance. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a Basic subscription at $9 a month, charged to the same card, and renews monthly until you cancel. We send the trial terms and the first charge date by email when the trial starts; cancel from your billing page at any time.
- Credit Packs: Where offered, one-time purchases valid for 12 months from purchase.
Payment Processing: All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Payment data is processed securely by them and is not stored on our servers.
Refunds: Your first subscription payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and have used fewer than 1,000 words. A renewal is refunded if you ask within 24 hours and have not used the service in the new period. Unused credit packs are refunded within 14 days. A rewrite that a third-party AI detector still flags is not by itself grounds for a refund. Full rule: Refund policy.
Right of withdrawal (EU): Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service is delivered immediately, you ask for immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once you start using the service. Until then, withdrawal is honoured in full.
Disputes: Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will be considered a violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership: The humanize.fast platform, including its original content, features, and design, are owned by humanize.fast and protected by international laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input and the humanized output. We do not claim any rights to your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee any result on any third-party AI detector. Detection systems change constantly, and a rewrite that reads naturally can still be flagged. Our own detector reports its own model's opinion, not the verdict of any other service.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall humanize.fast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
humanize.fast reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, for a breach of Terms, regardless of payment status. Users who violate these Terms forfeit any right to refunds.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Age, Governing Law
You must be at least 15 years old to use humanize.fast, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are younger than 18. The service is operated from Slovenia; these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, and EU consumer-protection rules apply to consumers in the EU regardless of this clause.
