Refund Policy

1. First subscription payment

Refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment and you have used fewer than 1,000 words of rewriting in that period. Ask from your billing page or by email; the refund goes back to the card you paid with within 5–10 business days.

2. Renewals

A monthly or yearly renewal is refunded if you ask within 24 hours of the charge and you have not used the service in the new period. Later renewals are final. You can cancel at any time from your billing page so that no further renewal is charged; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. The $2 trial

The $2 fee for the 3-day Basic trial is not refunded. Cancel within those 3 days and nothing more is charged; otherwise the plan continues at $9 a month and the rules above apply to that first payment.

4. Credit packs

Where credit packs are offered, an unused pack is refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refunded.

5. Detector results

A rewrite that a third-party AI detector still flags is not by itself grounds for a refund. Detectors change constantly and disagree with each other, and we do not guarantee any result on any of them. If a rewrite is unusable for another reason — wrong language, corrupted text, a refusal instead of a rewrite — it is not charged in the first place.

6. Right of withdrawal in the EU

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service is delivered immediately, you ask for immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once you start using the service. Until you use it, we honour withdrawal in full — which the 14-day rule above already covers.

7. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, with the payment date. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; disputes opened without contact are treated as a breach of the Terms of Service.
