Neural data
for discovery
and validation
Neural-signal data at laboratory quality. Deployable anywhere. That changes what research is possible.
Non-invasive does not mean compromised.
The signal quality proves it.
Collecting high-quality physiological data in research settings has traditionally required a choice: invasive methods for signal fidelity, or non-invasive methods with compromised data quality. Laboratory infrastructure has further limited study populations, ecological validity, and longitudinal reach.
The Control Bionics platform removes both constraints. High-fidelity surface EMG data, captured non-invasively in any environment, across any population, with the signal quality and reproducibility that peer-reviewed research demands.
Signal fidelity
100dB common mode rejection, .2μV RMS internal noise, and .195μV RMS data resolution. Specifications that meet the demands of peer-reviewed neuroscience research.
Deployment flexibility
Capture data in clinical, field, home, and laboratory environments without compromising signal quality or study protocol integrity.
Multi-channel data collection
Monitor up to four muscle groups simultaneously, enabling comparative analysis across limbs, movement patterns, and study conditions within a single session – with the additional feature of simultaneous video capture and synchronised accelerometer data.
Longitudinal capability
Consistent, reproducible signal capture across sessions and sites, supporting the long-term data collection requirements of clinical trials and longitudinal studies.
Data access built for research.
The Control Bionics platform integrates into research workflows with minimal friction. Data is captured continuously, stored with precision, and accessible through the NeuroStrip app with adjustable settings, session notations, and exportable formats compatible with standard research analysis tools.
Up to four NeuroStrip sensors can be connected simultaneously, enabling multi-channel data collection across muscle groups and movement patterns. Bandwidth is programmable from .1Hz to 1000Hz, with data resolution of .195μV RMS, giving researchers the control and precision their study protocols require.
Signal precision
Internal noise of .2μV RMS and 100dB common mode rejection. Signal specifications validated for neuroscience and clinical research environments.
Multi-population capability
Deployed across able-bodied, neurological, and complex clinical populations, supporting diverse study designs without hardware modification.
