Latest Significant Projects
Global Campaign: We had the initial call from our client in June 2021 where we were asked to source 60 temporary Customer Service Advisors on an urgent Global Campaign Management project. After completing the first goal, the numbers increased to 150 agents which we helped to source. The roles that we filled within this project were Customer Services Advisors, Bilingual Customer Services Advisors, Administrators, Team Leaders, and Quality Analysts. We have recently completed another long-term contract where we have recruited 26 temporary staff to start within a week.
Covid Testers: We were asked to recruit 40 temps initially for 11 days in November 2020. The project started at the end of November and then this continued until October 2021. This was a great opportunity to be given which resulted in fantastic feedback for many members of the team.
Ascot: We have managed a large recruitment campaign within the hospitality sector. The roles we recruited for were Hospitality and Events Assistants, Team Leaders and Managers. This was an exciting project which involved managing various shift patters, job roles, and locations, as well as organising training for the agency workers.
Invigilators: We have been involved in recruiting a large volume of Invigilators for a University. We were asked to source over 20 staff and a reserve list to invigilate exams during the Spring/Summer.
