These terms apply when you use digit-it.com, the Digit-IT customer panel, and the Digit-IT knowledge base. Read them before placing digitizing orders — they define artwork rights, turnaround, billing, and revisions.
Your responsibilities
- You must have legal rights to artwork you submit
- Quotes must be accepted before production begins
- Order notes must accurately describe size, format, and fabric
- You test sew before bulk production — see disclaimer
Our service
- Delivered stitch files are licensed for your manufacturing use
- Turnaround targets are estimates — see turnaround
- We may refuse jobs that infringe trademarks or violate law
- Weekend production is not guaranteed
Revisions and billing
Edits follow refund and revision policy and revisions and charges. Pay invoices through the panel — payment methods.
