Track prospective customers through a simple sales pipeline - New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won or Lost. Leads arrive from the coverage checker or by hand, and convert to clients in one click.

The Leads pipeline listing prospects with colour-coded statuses, sources and owners

Leads are prospective customers - people who have not signed up yet. ISPBox gives you a simple sales pipeline to track them from first contact to a won (or lost) deal, so nothing falls through the cracks. Open Leads in the sidebar (needs the leads view permission; leads manage to edit).

1. The pipeline

Every lead has a status that walks through your sales stages: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won (or Lost). The list is colour-coded by status and shows each lead's source, owner, next follow-up and when it came in. Filter by status, source or owner to focus - for example, every new lead assigned to you.

2. Where leads come from

Leads arrive from several places, and the source is recorded on each:

  • Automatically from the public coverage checker when a prospect requests installation.
  • Added by hand with New Lead - a phone enquiry, a referral, a walk-in.

A lead detail page with contact info, follow-up and conversion fields, tasks and an activity timeline

3. Working a lead

Open a lead to see everything in one place: contact details, the estimated value, the plan they are interested in, follow-up dates, notes, and an activity timeline you add to as you work the deal. Update the status as it progresses and set a next follow-up so it resurfaces at the right time.

4. Converting to a customer

When a lead says yes, Convert & Schedule Installation turns it into a full client - carrying over their details - and can schedule the install visit on the team calendar in one step. No re-typing, no lost information.
