It is the strongest investment in Scotland’s future 👇We are delighted that the Scottish Government has committed to doing better for babies in today’s budget by announcing a boost to the Scottish Child Payment for families with a baby from 2027. 
This budget kick starts a major 4-year house building programme. 🔹Record investment. 🔹And 4 years funding certainty Means 36,000 more families in warm, safe & affordable homes in Scotland, building on the 141,000 we’ve delivered to date and helping to tackle homelessness.🏡@scotgov is committed to delivering affordable housing across Scotland. In 2026/27, £926 million will be invested in affordable homes.
