Genuinely kind people, no matter how busy or ‘famous’, find time to reply to emails from junior folks asking for help or advice, stay humble and selflessly giveback all the time. I encountered some of those in my journey, and they are an inspiration! #behumble

- MANTA is an effective large-bore VCD in TAVR. Downside: lack of convenient bailout. Conventional bailout (contralateral CFA or radial) may not be fast (major bleeding) or easy (vessel dissection/total closure) enough. What to do? 🧵 1/ @TCT_ME_ #TCTMiddleEast @crfheart @MyJSCAI
