Storage
How much storage each plan includes: 500 MB on Free, and unlimited on Starter and Pro.
How much each plan holds
Storage is shared by the whole workspace. It counts every file attached anywhere in it: on tasks, in comments and posts, and in direct messages.
| Plan | Storage for the workspace | Largest file |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 500 MB | 25 MB |
| Starter | No limit | 250 MB |
| Pro | No limit | 250 MB |
See how much is in use
Owners and admins can open Workspace settings, then the Plan tab. Storage shows how much the workspace has used, and on Free, how much of the 500 MB that is. The same figure shows at the bottom of the overview.
When storage is full
On Free, a file that would take the workspace past 500 MB can't be attached. Miwlo says the plan's storage would be exceeded, and the Plan tab says Storage is full.
To make room, upgrade to Starter or Pro, which have no storage limit, or delete files you no longer need.
Find and delete files
Select Files on the narrow rail to see every file in the spaces you can reach, grouped into Today, This week and Earlier. Use the search at the top to find a file by its name, its space or the person who shared it.
Select a file's More button to:
- Open file.
- Open task or Open post, to see where it was shared.
- Delete it, when you're allowed.
You can delete the files you uploaded. The space's managers and the workspace owner and admins can delete any file in the spaces they run.
