Everything in one app

One Workspace for Your Team's Channels, Calendar and Posts

Channels, calendar, drafts, approvals, AI tools, assets and analytics in one workspace for your team.

Everything in one app

Channels, calendar, drafts and approvals in one place

A left sidebar takes you to Publish, Analytics, My Assets, Brand Profiles and the planners, with search one shortcut away. The Publish screen holds every post in tabs: queue, drafts, approvals, scheduled, published and failed, as a list, a grid or a calendar.

One workspace per team, with a brand profile per client
Teams and brands

One workspace per team, with a brand profile per client

Each team is its own workspace with its own channels, calendar, posts and assets. If you belong to more than one team, switch between them from the user menu. Inside a team, brand profiles keep each client's voice, and you attach channels to the brand they post for.

Workspace frequently asked questions

Questions about the workspace, teams or what's inside? Our support team can help.

What is the PostNext workspace?

The app your team works in: connected channels, the calendar, drafts, approvals, scheduled posts, AI tools, assets and analytics, reached from one sidebar.

How does the workspace differ from Content Strategy?

The planners (Brand Planner and Influencer Planner) build a month of themes and posts. The workspace is where those posts become drafts, get approved, scheduled and published.

Can I manage multiple brands from one workspace?

Each team is one workspace. You can hold several brand profiles in it and attach each channel to the brand it posts for, which keeps each brand's voice apart. There is no brand switcher that filters the app down to one brand; for full separation, use separate teams and switch between them from the user menu.

What lives inside the workspace UI?

A left sidebar with Publish, Analytics, My Assets, Brand Profiles, the planners and search. The Publish screen with its tabs and calendar. The composer with the AI assistant. Analytics and assets each have their own page.

Can I customise the workspace layout?

A little. You can choose list, grid or calendar on the Publish screen and change the order of your channels. Panels and widgets cannot be moved or hidden, and there are no saved views.

How does team activity show up in the workspace?

Post status is visible to the whole team: draft, pending approval, scheduled, published, or failed. A separate activity feed is not available today; failures also alert by email.

Are AI tools part of the workspace or separate?

They live in the composer. The AI assistant writes text and creates images for the draft you have open, and selecting text gives you hashtags, a summary or a rephrased version.

Does the workspace work on mobile?

The web app works in a phone browser: the sidebar opens from a menu button and search sits in the top bar. Drafting, scheduling and approvals work there; the calendar is easiest on a larger screen.

Does the workspace UI expose a public REST API for external dashboards?

Not as a workspace endpoint. The public REST API covers accounts, connections, posts, assets, and analytics; there are no outbound webhooks today.

How does the workspace handle multi-brand switching on mobile devices?

There is no brand switching on mobile or desktop. On a phone, switch teams from the user menu and the app reloads with that team's channels and posts.

Can I customise the workspace layout per team member on the Teams plan?

Not today. Layout customization is limited to small personal preferences like channel order; saved per-user layouts are not available.

How does the workspace handle GDPR data export for full-account backup?

Not available. There is no one-click workspace export. Posts and analytics can be pulled through the public API and the analytics exports; assets download individually.

Can I A/B test two workspace layouts to find the most productive setup?

There is nothing to configure: the workspace layout is fixed apart from small personal preferences.

Does the workspace integrate with Slack or Microsoft Teams for notifications?

Not yet. Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications are on the roadmap. Today, approval requests show in the Approvals tab on the Publish screen, and failed posts alert you by email.

How does the workspace handle bulk operations on the calendar at scale?

Select multiple posts and act on them in one go: bulk delete, bulk tag, and queue operations cover up to 100 posts per action.

How do I migrate a full workspace from a previous social media tool?

Reconnect your channels (OAuth for most networks, an app password for Bluesky), then bring posts across with the CSV import on the Publish screen (up to 100 at a time, scheduled or as drafts) or rebuild the queue in the composer. There is no Dropbox import. Most single-brand setups are back up within an hour.
