NOCA is an association of companies established in 2002.

We are an apolitical, not-for-profit association – owned and run by the members – for the members

The purpose of NOCA is to build a bridge between research and practice within HR and to facilitate knowledge sharing and experience exchange between members. Thus, we are an association where HR researchers and professionals meet and share knowledge and experiences that create value and increased competitiveness for the individual member companies.

NOCA conducts network meetings, conferences, study trips etc. which keeps members updated within HR research and best practice at both national and international level.
These activities allow members to reconcile the creation of personal relationships with professional collaboration around business challenges in an HR perspective.
NOCA is an association for private and public companies, organizations and educational institutions that strengthens the interplay between business strategy and strategy for human resources.
