We know recruitment agencies aren't always known for being the warmest, most human places to deal with. We've always wanted to be a bit different.
When you call CTR Select, you get one of us - the people in this photo. Someone who knows your name, remembers what you're looking for, and actually follows up when they say they will. Someone who will tell you honestly if a role isn't right for you, rather than just putting you forward anyway.

We're a small team and we think that's a genuine advantage, not a limitation. Small means personal and accountable. Small means the person who takes your brief on Monday is the same person who calls you on Friday with an update.
We've been doing this in Egham since 2011 and we still love it - which, judging by this photo, is fairly obvious. 😊
