The REC have recently reported on temporary work as part of their ‘Voice of the Worker’ campaign, in order to demonstrate the value of flexible work and recruitment agencies. Their campaign sheds light on the benefits and importance of temporary work, and why temp work works for individuals, for business and for the economy, as well emphasising that temporary work offers employment rights and helps tackle economic inactivity.
