¿Cuánto tardaré en recuperar mi contraseña?
The amount of time it takes to decrypt your password strongly depends on the quality of the hints you provide us. Given our prior experiences, the least amount of time spent to decrypt a password has been 10 minutes and the longest has been 4+ yearss. This is only an indicative time frame, contact us so that we can discuss more precisely. If you don’t have any guesses for your password then it’s much harder than if you have at least some idea of the password that encrypted your wallet.
¿Se requiere un saldo mínimo en el monedero para acceder a sus servicios?
Independientemente del saldo de tu monedero, estaremos encantados de ayudarte a recuperar tus bitcoins o ethereums perdidos. Aunque estamos muy ocupados y es posible que demos prioridad a los monederos con un valor considerable, intentamos atender todas las solicitudes.
¿Es seguro este servicio?
Todo se lleva a cabo en un servidor interno de alta seguridad, no utilizamos servicios en la nube como AWS Cloud o Google. Todos los servidores son de nuestra propiedad y se accede localmente con monitoreo 24/7.
¿Perderé mis archivos/datos?
No, no perderás ninguno de tus archivos ni datos. Guardamos una copia en un espacio vigilado las 24 horas del día. Antes de trabajar en cualquier dispositivo o portátil, nos aseguramos de hacer una copia y nunca tocamos los archivos originales.
¿Ofrecen un contrato?
Yes, we offer a Swiss company contract prepared by our law firm MME. MME is one of the most experienced crypto law firms in Zurich, Switzerland.
¿En cuánto tiempo tendré noticias suyas?
We will contact you back within 24 hours of your first email. Just be sure to check your Spam folder, in case our email ends up in there. If we don’t reply send us a new message. If you use telegram you can reach us at @keychainx

¿Dónde tienes tu sede?
We have a physical office in Baar, Switzerland. But due to security we do not meet people there, instead if you insist on meeting us IRL its done at our law firm MME in Zurich, Switzerland.
¿Aceptas citas?
We strongly advise all contacts to be made through mail or telegram. But in rare cases we agree to meet at our Lawfirm in Zurich or Zug in Switzerland. 99% of our cases are handled through email.
