Northern Lights Small Group Training

Optional add-on training: this runs alongside your Northern Lights team training. It isn’t required, and it doesn’t replace it.

Strength, speed, jumping and injury prevention in small groups of Northern Lights players. Weeknight sessions are at the Northern Lights Warehouse and weekend sessions are at Drees Performance. You book week to week, so a busy tournament weekend never costs you a session.

Monthly plans bill on the 1st and stop on their own after the May payment. Sign up before November 1 and your first payment covers November. Sessions don’t roll over from week to week. Paid in full has no cash refunds, but if an injury stops training, a signed doctor’s note gets you credit for the unused weeks. Questions about fit, schedules, or joining late? Contact us.

“Drees is a great place to workout and get in shape. I love the atmosphere and Jon does a great job of creating workouts that bring out the best in me. I highly recommend Drees if you’re looking to get ready for your upcoming season, whether it’s high school, college, or pro.
