“My daughters are 15 and 16 and they immediately felt comfortable with Jon and the environment he has created. We would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a place to train that they give Drees Performance Training a try.”

“Drees is a great place to workout and get in shape. I love the atmosphere and Jon does a great job of creating workouts that bring out the best in me. I highly recommend Drees if you’re looking to get ready for your upcoming season, whether it’s high school, college, or pro. Jon helped me get ready for my second pro season and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.”

Keep building through the season
Eight weeks for middle and high school athletes in any sport. Small groups, testing at both ends, Mental Edge and Nutrition Foundations. Pay for the whole winter for 10% off and two free weeks over winter break.
Five private volleyball lessons, five sports performance sessions, a one-on-one assessment with our Head Performance Coach, and testing before and after so you see what changed.
Athletes as young as 9 through varsity and college, in any sport. Most are volleyball players, but the training develops speed, power, and strength that carry over to every sport.
Will my athlete follow the same workout as everyone else?
No. Each athlete receives an individualized training program and trains alongside a small group of other athletes. Sessions are capped at 8, with a coach on the floor the whole time.
How often should my athlete train?
Most athletes train 2–3x per week for steady, measurable gains. We’ll recommend a frequency based on their age, sport, season, and goals.
Can my athlete train during their season?
Yes, and most do. In season the volume comes down and the emphasis shifts to maintaining strength and staying healthy through a long season. We run a readiness check before every session, so a tired athlete trains differently rather than pushing through and paying for it later.
Do I have to be a serious athlete to join?
No. We coach dedicated athletes chasing D1 spots and first-timers building a foundation alike. Everyone trains on a plan that fits their level and goals.
