Many weird things happen in our day to day life. Somethings we find easy to manage and other things are just not in our hand. We try our best to make our day perfect but something goes wrong and we wonder where did we go wrong? why things have to go so bad?

There are mantras which can help us in some situations. Mantras are not about the translation but rather about the sound vibration they set up and also about your intention in using them. When the words are pronounce correctly it will have its effect even though we might not know the meaning. Improper pronunciation of Mantra can inflict losses.

When I was kid my mom made me recite some Aarti, Bhajans, Slokas and Mantras. I did not know the meanings of what I used to recite then but as per her it would definitely help me in one way or the other.

This is the shanti mantra, very peaceful to listen
The "sarveshaam mantra" is one of the peace or shanti mantras
which may be used to invoke
harmony and tranquility
in the environment in which puja or prayers are performed.
This shanti mantra may be repeated three or eleven times, as time permits. The mantra may perhaps be used as a closing prayer for the puja, to bless all those in attendance.
Sarveshaam Svastir Bhavatu
Sarveshaam Shaantir Bhavatu
Sarveshaam Purnam Bhavatu
Sarveshaam Mangalam Bhavatu.
Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah
Sarve Santu Niramayaah.
Sarve Bhadrani Pashyantu.
Maa Kashchit Duhkhabhahg Bhavetll
May good befall all,
May there be peace for all,
May all be fit for perfection, and
May all experience that which is auspicious.
May all be happy.
May all be healthy.
May all experience what is good and
let no one suffer.
May it so happen (-bhavantu) that everyone (-sarve) receives happiness (-sukhinah) ;
let them all be saint-like (-santu) and be without disease and in good health (-niraamayaah).
Let them see with their own eyes (-pashyantu) the goodness of life (-bhadaraani) ;
And let them not (maa) contemplate in their conscious mind (-kashchidh) any sorrow inducing (dukh) thoughts while they remain beneficiaries (-bhavet) of good fortune (-bhaag).
