Sorry, folks. My muse has been driving me, and today I finished!

An extra 6,000 words for the transcript, and a complete revision of the floorplan.

So today, I...

[a] Finished the revised floorplan and posted it.

[b] Adjusted all 11 versions for my fic-journal (red names, black names, bold, not bold, small font, italics font, blue font) and posted them. In the course of that, all those extra words -- and the coding that goes with them -- put me over the character limit for a single post for 8 of the versions.

Get that! DW allows 300,000 characters per post. And the revised versions went over -- not by a measly 7,000 or 8,000 characters, but by 25,000 to 32,000 characters. Oof! That meant that...

[c] I had to make 8 separate "Part 2" posts, and go back and forth linking them. And THEN --

[d] My statcounter didn't recognize the revised pages, even though I pasted the new material above the counter code. ???? Weird. So I had to spend time reinstalling and checking all the codes.

(I know it doesn't sound like such a big deal, but I have a slow internet; waiting for those pages to open takes time.)

[e] Went out to do an hour of weed-trimming. I need to go to the barn, and the path out there has overgrown from all our our rain. I got it trimmed halfway there. The next half... the weeds have stalks literally as thick as my thumb. So tomorrow I'll get out with my loppers. The neighbor's livestock will enjoy my work -- most of the weeds are of two edible varieties; I toss them over the face and they dispose of them for me.

So now I need to do one more paste -- put the revised transcript at AO3 -- and eat my evening apple, and get to bed early so I can get up early tomorrow and cut weeds while it's cool.

Isn't my life exciting?
