Beef its whats for dinner.... Or is it, Pork the other white meat...

We finally made it over to the meat market to pick up our half a beef and half a pork. (its been ready for two weeks) but life has been so busy.

Its a nice feeling to know our freezer is all stocked up again for another year or so.
