I love her enthusiasm

And her recipe

This is the recipe I used 

When I made pot roast

"The Epicurean Orgasm" the other day

I did not put in the butternut squash

And I added a pinch of cinnamon to mine

Also

I cooked mine in the oven for 3 hours 

Then I put in the carrots and potatoes

And then cooked it in the over for an hour and a half more

The last ten minutes I put in the tomatoes

You know how much I LOVE COQ

I also love wine

SO Coq in Wine is perfection!

I researched over 50 Coq Au Vin recipes

I noticed that each cook had their own twist

So I chose the Barefoot Contessa's recipe

It was a SENSUAL DELIGHT!!!

The meat just melted from the bone

It was so tasty and tender

Ah! I am so proud of myself

It sounds difficult but it was really very easy

I highly recommend cooking some

I fed myself and my parents

So I used three chicken thighs and three drumsticks

With skin and with bone in

I added chopped celery to her recipe

I served it with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

Just watch and you will see how easy it is

And I promise it was DEEEELICIOUS!!!!!

It was a sensual and spiritual experience
