BarOS 14 (codenamed "Sonant") is the sixteenth version of BarOS in the Progresh lineup. It is based on macOS 14 Sonoma, released on 26 September, 2023.

- This is the first BarOS system to feature animated wallpapers. The second being BarOS 15.
- However, it has been confirmed that Progressbar 12, the 24th operating system in the Progressbar line, will also feature animated wallpapers.
- Before version 1.0060, the 1st, 5th and 10th wallpapers were only able to be animated.
- pBar 2023 (B3) is based on the Apple Silicon iMac (2023).
- Unlike its predecessor, pBar 2023 (B3) uses a fully rounded notch instead of a partially rounded one, which is similar to the shape of the Dynamic Island on iPhone models starting with the iPhone 15 series and iPhone 14 Pro series.
- Before version 1.0065, it was referred to as pBar 71 (B3). Prior to the name change, some people believed that the "pBar 69" name was skipped because 69 was the "funny" number that gained notoriety on the internet for reasons that shall not be mentioned here, but it was unknown why the pBar 70 name got skipped.
- This is the first version of BarOS to have a login screen that has a clock.
- If Bin is full, he will have a green hill instead of desktop files inside. The hill is used in the 1st and 10th wallpapers, similar to BarOS 13's flower.
- Despite being called BarOS 14, the logo still says "BarOS14" (without the space) and the box still says "BarOS Sonant".
