Mexico is controlled by cartels

Sundance in the Conservative Treehouse brings us the news of the Sinaloa cartel running the show in Mexico. Mexican police/military captured Chapito Guzman yesterday and then had to let him go because the cartel brought huge numbers of cartel members down from a mountain and they quickly shut off the city of Culiacan.
