Stop the perverts!

Perversion-promoting Marxist President Barack Obama recently levied an unconstitutional royal edict on America’s public schools, based upon a whim, along with pressure from his radical deviant followers, that boys must be allowed in girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms and showers, and that the girls uncomfortable with having to look at a boy’s schlong should not only pound sand, but any school that doesn’t comply will risk losing federal funding.

Enter Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University and former psychiatrist-in-chief at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. McHugh calls the mentally confused state of what the left calls “transgenderism” a “mental illness.”

Moreover, McHugh contends that anyone enabling this mental illness is “collaborating with madness.”

But as Dr. McHugh explains in the chapter “Surgical Sex” in his book The Mind Has Mountains: Reflections on Society and Psychiatry (Johns Hopkins University Press), transgender is a “mental illness,” and to surgically alter someone’s genitalia is to enable a disorder.

“I have witnessed a great deal of damage from sex reassignment,” states Dr. McHugh in his book. “The children transformed from their male constitution into female roles suffered prolonged distress and misery as they sensed their natural attitudes” as males develop.

“As for the adults who came to us [at Johns Hopkins Hospital] claiming to have discovered their ‘true’ sexual identity and to have heard about sex-change operations, we psychiatrists have been distracted from studying the causes and natures of their mental misdirections by preparing them for surgery and for a life in the other sex,” he said.

“We have wasted scientific and technical resources and damaged our professional credibility by collaborating with madness rather than trying to study, cure, and ultimately prevent it,” said Dr. McHugh.

The highly respected Johns Hopkins used to perform gender-reassignment surgeries in the 1970’s, but after Dr. McHugh and his colleagues scientifically studied the issue, they came to the conclusion that they were “fundamentally cooperating with a mental illness.”

“We psychiatrists, I thought, would do better to concentrate on trying to fix their minds and not their genitalia,” Dr. McHugh contended.

McHugh and his colleagues found that those who had the surgery were every bit as mentally screwed up as they were before the surgery — the sex change operations did not solve their perceived problem and sexual confusion.

Sadly, Obama and his cultural Marxist followers on the left are enabling this “madness” as a sacrament to their false god of political correctness as they desperately try to bastardize the scientific fact that God made two sexes, not 31 or any other number.

The left has already perverted the definition of marriage. Those who thought they would stop there are extremely naive. After this “transgender” craze is shoved down our throats, promoting pedophilia as a “healthy alternative lifestyle choice” will be forced on us by the left.

It’s time to stand up to these gaystapo bullies and shout “NO!”

Treat mental illness, or control guns?

Did Harry Potter have a severe mental illness?

My sons agree with Nicole Borland who writes,

The entire Harry Potter series is an extended metaphor about a boy with severe mental illness, suffering from delusions. Everything depicted in the movie can be interpreted as an attempt to cope with the harsh realities of his confinement in a mental institution. Every major event in the books is a fantasy/delusional version of the experiences that a child would encounter in the course of being institutionalized and forcibly treated for mental illness.

...The Harry Potter series, then, was written about the kind of experiences that institutionalized children encounter, the kind that J.K. Rowling (actively through her charities) is working to eradicate, but most people simply see it as an adventure story about magic. It's not about magic. It's about mental trauma and the delusion that results from it.

The final reinforcement of this idea comes towards the very end, when Harry appears in his imagined version of King's Cross with Dumbledore.

"Tell me one last thing," said Harry. "Is this real? Or has this been happening inside my head?"

"Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"
