Saturday we had a community yard sale that I only found out about on Tuesday so Friday night was spent getting everything ready and organized. Saturday morning I got up around 5:45am to move cars and finalize a few things...glad I did b/c people started showing up at 6:30am! It was a long day but we did really well at the sale and even though it rained we had a ton of people come by. We closed up a few hours early and packed everything left into the car and made a Goodwill drop. Can't beat making money AND cleaning out clutter!
The garage sale pretty much made Saturday morning/afternoon a wash...but Saturday night we went to Scarowinds with some friends for the haunted houses. But let me warn you, the last Saturday night before Halloween is not the night to go. The lines were long, teeny-boppers everywhere...it got old fast! But we had fun and after the third year in a row its become a nice tradition!
Sunday found us on the couch watching football and vegging out. although we did make it to the gym for a quick workout so I feel slightly productive today! All in all we had a great, but busy weekend!
