We've been trying to leave Saturdays as Family days and in the beginning of October we had family pictures taken, went to a fall festival and pumpkin patch. The girls had a blast!

We love our new patio (done in August) and play out her any chance we can. The girls new thing is playing with chalk...on each other obviously!

I spent my monthly "fun money" on a fire pit at a garage sale we came across. So we scavenged construction sites for wood to burn.

The girls have been playing so well together lately. Savannah has even been into art projects. I love this stage!

So my MOPS table from last year took a girls trip to Charleston for the weekend. It was SO much fun! We left Friday morning and came back Sunday afternoon.

Beach time...it ended up being warmer than we thought and we ran to Target to buy shorts and tshirts that morning!
Saturday night we chartered a boat to take us to a private island for dinner. We had the choice of the grandma boat (covered with a bathroom) or the fun boat...we chose the fun boat.

We had "anything goes" trash day in the neighborhood and someone was throwing out this bench. I told myself if it was still there when I got home I'd grab it. And it was, so I did! It was in okay shape, just needed a little sanding and new coat of paint. I've been wanting to get a bench for the upstairs hallway and you cant beat free!
