A waitlist signup form builder
that asks more than an email.
LaunchList's form builder makes the signup form for your waitlist, on your Launch page or any site. Find out who is joining, not just where to reach them, without turning signup into paperwork.

Build your waitlist form in three steps.
You never write code unless you want to.
Add your fields
A new form starts with an email and a name. Add only the questions you will act on.Make it look like your site
Pick the design closest to your site, then change its color, font and corners until it fits.Publish and put it live
Edits wait until you publish. Your Launch page uses the form as is; on your own site, add it inline, as a React component, as a popup or slide-over, or post to it from your backend.
Signup form designs you can make your own.
On your Launch page the form takes the page's colors and font. Everywhere else, the look is yours.
Four designs to start from
Simple puts labels over boxed fields. Bar fits the email and the button in one rounded bar. Card gives the form its own heading on a raised card, and Line underlines each field.
Your accent color
The button and the focus ring start in your Brand color. Pick a swatch or type any color to give the form one of its own.
Your site's font, or a pairing
Embedded, the form can take the font of the page it sits on. Or give it one of the font pairings your Launch page offers.
Corners from sharp to pill
Sharp, Soft, Round or Pill, for the fields and the button together.
Field colors and spacing
Set the field background, the field border and the button text, and space the fields Tight, Normal or Roomy. Left on Auto, the colors follow the section the form sits on, light or dark.
Multi-step forms that ask more without losing people.
Steps, conditional questions and shared rows keep a long form feeling short.
Split it into steps
One switch splits the form in two: the first half of the fields, then the rest. Each step is checked before the next one opens, so nobody finds an error at the end.
Questions that wait for an answer
Show a field only once an earlier one is answered, like asking how many laptops a team has only after someone names their company.
Two to a row
Set two fields to half width and they share a row, like a name beside a company. On a phone they stack.
A line of help where it counts
Add a short line under any field to say what you mean by it, or why you ask.
When to use the waitlist form builder.
Worth it when what people tell you at signup decides who gets in first.
A good fit when
- You want to know who is joining before you invite anyone: their role, their company size or what they would use it for first.
- Your site is on Framer, Webflow, WordPress or anything that takes custom HTML, and you want people to sign up there.
- You want the form to look like it belongs on your site, down to its color, font and corners.
- You run a survey beside the waitlist and want each person to stay one contact.
Not the right fit when
- You need to take a payment or a deposit at signup. LaunchList forms do not take payments.
- You need people to upload a file, like a CV or a photo. There is no file upload field.
- The form is not about joining a list. For orders, bookings or job applications, a general form tool fits better.
Waitlist signup form details that save signups.
Settings that keep the right people joining and the wrong ones out.
Email verification, your call
Joining puts people on your list. "Ask them to verify", the default, also sends a link that proves the address is theirs; "Don't ask" skips it.Domain and country rules
Only want work emails, or signups from the countries you ship to? Allow or block by email domain or country. Anyone a rule turns away is told why and is not added. What happens after
A new signup lands on their own status page with their place in line. You can show your own message where they signed up instead, or send them on to a page of yours, from the Collect plan.Typos caught in time
Type gmial.com and the email field offers gmail.com with one tap, before a signup is lost to an address that does not exist. One person, one contact
Each signup is recognized by their email, or by a phone number, username or wallet address if you choose, so signing up twice updates the same person.Or keep your own form
Already have a form you like? Add one attribute and LaunchList handles the submit, validation and errors, or post it with no JavaScript at all.
