Today Brody climbed up on the ottoman that we had strategically placed in front of the large mirror that my dad built. We were trying to keep his little hands off of it for as long as possible. Brody quickly started doing many different things to see if that little boy would copy. Then he started practicing all his latest dance moves. He was making serious faces at some of them and giggling at others. Matt and I were very entertained. Where is the video camera when you need it???
On our walk today we came across what seemed to be a very friendly kitty. Bogey was timid at first and was not sure how close she should get, but the kitty kept trying to rub against her. Finally she warmed up to the kitty and they got so close it looked like they were kissing. Out of nowhere the kitty swatted Bogey across the face. As we were getting ready to leave the two of them had another sniff down and what seemed like a friendly encounter until the little black kitty started chasing our very large Great Dane through the neighborhood.
