Brody Last Soccer Game

Brody had a great season playing soccer!   He had not played since he was about 5 yrs old so he had a little catching up to do but played great and learned a lot.  He had really good coaches and was able to play with a good buddy.  We are hoping he will stay with it next year.    

D-Dub Boys

Matt's buddies were in town for the weekend.  Paul was here from California visiting his mom so the other guys came from Tri Cities to all hang out.  Such a wonderful group of friends!!!  They were very sweet to come to Wesley's soccer game and cheer him on.  They told Wesley they would give him $50 if he scored a goal.  He had a few good shots at a goal and played hard!   Always thankful that our boys have such a great example of the importance of good buddies.  

Jen Hatmaker Live

Wow - what an incredible girls night out!  We went to dinner on the waterfront and live show of Jen Hatmaker & Austin Channing Brown.  Brain is still spinning from all the information and laughs.  

Halloween Candy Payout

The boys decided again this year to take most of their candy to the dentist.  The candy donated gets sent off to the troops and the kids earn money for saving their teeth!

Halloween

This year for Halloween we started at Grandma & Grandpa's house.  We had a yummy dinner there and Grandma took the boys out in the golf cart for a lap around the neighborhood.  Then we went to the Pioneer Canyon neighborhood to meet up and trick-or-treat with a group of friends.  It was such a gorgeous night! 

Pumpkin Growing Contest

These 4 guys have been in a pumpkin growing contest for many months.  The banter back and forth has been absolutely hilarious!!!  This weekend was the official weigh in and Matt WON with a 138 pound pumpkin!   We had such a fun day carving pumpkins, playing games and enjoying the beautiful fall weather with wonderful friends.  

Pumpkin Contest Lake Jump

Pumpkin contest lake jump!  All the guys with a pumpkin less than 138 pounds had to jump into Lake Merwin the Sunday before Halloween.  The big boys (Brody, Tanner & Cole) joined them - brrrrr.  It was such a beautiful night at the lake.  The boys are already planning for next year and wanted to see if the giant pumpkin would float.... looks like they will be doing pumpkin boat races next year.  The guys made a fire in the pumpkin and Jeff swam it out into the sunset.  Thankful for such amazing friends!!!  So many fun memories with this crew, love them all!
