JK, my best friend since 6th grade, and his adorable girlfriend came to visit for a long weekend. We had the best time!!! It is crazy to think that we have been BFF's for over 20 years! While they were here we did many of the touristy things in Portland.... Checked out the Pearl district, Downtown, 23rd Street, Pittock Mansion, short hike in Forest Park, waterfront, drove the river to see bridges, and took a trip to Multnomah Falls. Grandma & Grandpa kept Brody on Friday so that we could tour the city and not worry about nap time. Wesley was such a happy little trooper. Kate is from South Africa and is one of the most interesting people I have ever met; we instantly loved her. JK and I had such a great time telling Kate about many of our funny memories and looking through old pictures.
