The kids had an absolute blast at Sky Zone jump park for Brody's basketball themed Steph Curry party. Brody had 12 of his best buddies attend plus a few siblings and Grandma/Grandpa, Mimi/Papa, & Auntie Lisa. Big thanks to fun Auntie Lisa for bouncing with the little kids at the party!
For Brody's birthday he really wanted a "Coug" themed bedroom and a new bunkbed with trundle! My parents came early so we could paint his room (thank YOU). Matt was able to get a signed jersey from Brody's favorite player and is working on doing a Cougar Football team wrap around a set of lockers... pictures coming soon. Grandma & Grandpa came home from PD and Mimi & Papa and Auntie came to celebrate as well. Happy Birthday to our favorite 8 year old! We love you buddy!!! It was pouring rain with hail this day and Gracie was crazy bc it was her first park experience... but Meg managed to get a few cute pictures of our girl.
The boys are really looking forward to baseball this season! Brody is playing on the Storm team again with several of his good buddies and Coach Jeff. Wesley is playing his first year of t-ball on the Sea Dogs team with Coach Jason who works for Matt. It poured all day but had a small sun break for the official ceremony.
Mimi & Papa got the boys a subscription to Kiwi Crate that arrives once a month and the boys really look forward to getting them. Brody was very excited to make this pinball machine and put it together all by himself while Matt & I worked out. He is getting so grown up!
Wesley wrote his first book about the Zot the Zebra. It was a very sweet story, until the end when he needed a fast ending so he could get to recess. The book ended w/ a lion eating Zot... Wesley said it was the only way he could think to end the book in a hurry. He was very excited for his book party. Wesley was proud of his pictures and dedicating his book to mommy.
