Wesley Playing Baseball with the Big Boys

Wesley played on Brody's baseball team because they were short players.  It was so fun having them play together!!!  We were really proud of Wesley... his very first at bat the pitcher hit him in the back with a fast ball.  There were no tears, he took his base and ended up scoring a point for the team.  After that he was super nervous to bat but he got out there and got a hit off another fast pitcher.  The kids were all really sweet to Wesley and cheered him on.  They ended up winning the game by one point!   Fun day of baseball... Wesley had his own game that evening.  

Girls Weekend - Vegas

Such a fun trip celebrating Brooke's 40th birthday!!!  We went to the Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil show which was AMAZING.   On Saturday Amy & I went for a long run and then hung out at the pool all day with the rest of the girls.  We had a lot of fun dancing at the piano bar and a few clubs.   We really maximized our weekend in Vegas... took me about a week to recover from the lack of sleep.   Thankful for great girlfriend and lots of laughs!  Happy Birthday Brooke!!! 

Matt and Our Boys

Such a good daddy!!!  Matt took the boys out for Sushi and ice cream while I was out of town. 

Fun with Buddy Gavin

One of our good friends went out of town for a week and we watched their son Gavin who is Brody's buddy while they were away.   The best part is that they were actually excited to do homework together!   The boys all had a great time together!!! 

Mimi Thank - You Cards

Mimi made the boys their own thank you cards and they are super cute!!!  Brody & Wesley were very excited that they were all sports and made with love!  We are teaching them young the importance of thank you cards.... Thank you Mimi for making them special cards!!!

The 4th graders are doing really intense testing.  Brody's teacher asked all the parents to make their child a poster that would inspire them to work hard and do well.
