- In 2010, the subject of choosing the age of the player-wolf in multiplayer was polled as a popular suggestion from the Big Ideas portion of the 2.5 enhancements contest. Although it ultimately scored second place in the big ideas poll was included amongst the finalists, it did not win and as such was never implemented in-game.
- Age ranges suggested by the submitter included pup, young adult, adult, and elder.
