Leicester Cathedral Tour

Come with us as we see the transformation of Leicester Cathedral in a project taking over two years.  This video aims to capture the essence of this historic cathedral's refurbishments, highlighting the exquisite new floors, upgraded lighting, and carefully restored decorations that breathe new life into this much loved city landmark. Witness the delicate balance between preservation and progress as the cathedral undergoes a thoughtful makeover.  See the beauty of newly laid floors, (with underfloor heating) a modern touch harmoniously blending with the historical charm that defines Leicester Cathedral. Marvel at the meticulously refurbished gold leaf covered roof decorations that pay homage to the cathedral's rich heritage.  Each detail has been lovingly restored, updating the building for future generations while honouring its historical fabric.  A celebration of the past meeting the present in perfect harmony. As we explore the cathedral, discover the final restin...

The Knife Angel - Nuneaton

The Knife Angel (also known as National Monument Against Violence and aggression) by artist Alfie Bradley and the British Ironworks Centre, reaches Nuneaton on it`s tour of the country. Formed from 100,000 knives collected anonymously in amnesties the artwork stands at 27 ft tall and aims to educate people on the harmful effect of violent behavior on their communities. My film shows the artwork towering over the marketplace in the town and shining in the evening sunset.

We begin the day at the service and warm up area where we see riders and technicians getting themselves and the bikes ready. Action switches to the start line where the riders are counted down, before tackling the 16 km/10 mile course.  Minutes later the first riders are crossing the finish line and the winner is announced to cheering crowds in the market square

Tour De Yorkshire - Bridlington to Scarborough

I traveled to Yorkshire to see stage 3 of the #TourDeYorkshire from Bridlington to Scarborough. My film begins at the start of the stage in a very wet Bridlington where we see the teams preparing the bikes for the race and a rather random sea (or shoud that be land ?) Captain and his first mate. The action continues in the picturesque village of Hackness where the riders face a steep hairpin climb before reaching the finish line on a dramatically stormy Scarborough seafront. The Tour of Yorkshire is a 4 day professional cycle race taking in all 4 corners of the English county, featuring professional riders from various international teams, The race itself speeds it`s way through some of Britain`s most beautiful countryside and takes in 150 villages, towns and cities along its entire route.
