A Poster designed by me for Rileys Sandwich bar to promote an event celebrating 5 years of business. The event raised funds for local charity Menphys and features a giant club sandwich with various fillings in a block printed style with the Riley's logo attached to a skewer at the top of the stack. The Teen typeface is used to give a clear but fun style and the footer is consistent with other posters for Menphys events. 

A brief to design a poster for an 80`s themed disco fund-raiser for Leicester charity Menphys. The poster needed to evoke the themes and style of the 1980`s yet still needed to appear modern when displayed alongside a number of other posters on a noticeboard etc. The poster design needed to appeal to a target demographic of teens through to adults and fit alongside other posters and literature used by the charity. The final outcome is a largely text based layout with a striking Red colour scheme (the charity colour) with the main details offset at a 45 degree angle creating a dynamic form that takes its cue mainly from the majority of 1980`s electronics packaging. 2010 is the 125th anniversary of Blackpool's famous electric trams - one of the very first in the world and the first in the UK. Various events took place to celebrate the fact including an Anniversary Week from 23 to 29 September.
