Contact & Quotation

  • Inquire: Call 0086-755-23203480, or reach out via the form below/your sales contact to discuss our design, manufacturing, and assembly capabilities.
  • Quote: Email your PCB files to [email protected] (Preferred for large files) or submit online. We will contact you promptly. Please ensure your email is correct.
Drag & Drop Files, Choose Files to Upload You can upload up to 3 files.

Notes:
For PCB fabrication, we require PCB design file in Gerber RS-274X format (most preferred), *.PCB/DDB (Protel, inform your program version) format or *.BRD (Eagle) format. For PCB assembly, we require PCB design file in above mentioned format, drilling file and BOM. Click to download BOM template To avoid file missing, please include all files into one folder and compress it into .zip or .rar format.

YOUR NEXT MANUFACTURING PARTNER

Why PCBSync?
Confidence from
board to build.

PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly and electronic contract manufacturing — connected around your project.

From your first prototype to repeat production, bring your construction, components and quality requirements to one conversation. Make the next build easier to specify, evaluate and order.

A technical question is enough to start. Files can follow when you are ready.

THE RIGHT SUPPORT FOR THE WORK

One starting point.
Three ways to build with us.

You may need a bare board, a populated assembly or a wider manufacturing program. Start with the scope you need today, with room to discuss what comes next.

Bare circuit board with visible plated pads and conductor features
BARE-BOARD FABRICATION
01 / PCB

PCB manufacturing

Bring the material, stack-up and geometry into the same review — especially when RF performance, flexing, heat or density shapes the design.

  • Rigid, multilayer and HDI
  • Flex, rigid-flex and RF / Rogers
  • Ceramic and heavy-copper constructions
Explore fabrication & budget tools →
Populated circuit board with dense components and multiple connectors
POPULATED CIRCUIT-BOARD ASSEMBLY
02 / PCBA

PCB assembly

Review the PCB, BOM and assembly requirements together. Choose turnkey, customer-supplied or mixed sourcing to suit your project.

  • Prototype, low-volume and production builds
  • SMT, through-hole and mixed assembly
  • Programming, coating and test requirements
Explore assembly & quotation tools →
Populated circuit board positioned in an electrical test fixture
ASSEMBLY IN A TEST FIXTURE
03 / EMS

Electronic contract manufacturing

Take the discussion beyond the board. Define the assemblies, integration work and acceptance records needed for your product.

  • PCBA, box build, cable and harness scope
  • Product programming and functional testing
  • Released revisions and repeat-batch needs
Explore manufacturing programs →

Photographs show physical boards, assembly equipment and test-fixture detail. The proposed construction and test coverage are confirmed for your project.

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOUR TEAM

Fewer unanswered questions before you commit.

A useful manufacturing partner helps you connect technical choices with purchasing decisions. These are the conversations to have with PCBSync.

Use our engineering resources →
01

Discuss the complete build

Fabrication, component sourcing and assembly decisions affect one another. Review them together to identify missing information and handoff risks before releasing the job.

See turnkey assembly options →
02

Get specific about difficult features

A material name or layer count alone does not define a board. Use our design resources to frame the stack-up, impedance, via, flex or assembly questions that need review.

Review PCB & assembly capabilities →
03

Make quotations easier to compare

Identify bare boards, components, assembly, tooling, special processes and testing. Put quantity, delivery destination and required date alongside the technical scope.

Prepare a comparable RFQ →
04

Plan for the build after this one

Bring prototype findings, approved alternatives and the accepted test requirements into the next revision. For repeat orders, discuss the released BOM and batch forecast early.

From early batches to repeat orders →

QUALITY YOU CAN EVALUATE

Put evidence
behind the decision.

PCBSync’s quality offer includes UL and ISO 9001 documentation, IPC-based outgoing reports, bare-board electrical testing, microsection testing and PCBA functional testing.

Match the documents and test plan to the product you are buying. Agree the applicable standard, acceptance class, sampling and report requirements before order release.

What to review with your team

01

UL & ISO 9001 documentation

Review the current documents, applicable entity, manufacturing site and scope.

02

100% bare-board electrical testing

Continuity and isolation checks address opens and shorts in the fabricated board.

03

IPC-based outgoing inspection

Agree the standard revision, workmanship class and report package for the order.

04

Microsections & functional tests

Define the construction checks, sampling, fixtures, firmware and pass/fail criteria your product needs.

FROM ENQUIRY TO A DEFINED BUILD

A practical way to work together.

Start with the information you have. Use these four milestones to align the quotation and release requirements with our team. Prepare a controlled PCB documentation package that identifies the drawing revision, material requirements and unresolved exceptions, so quotations can be compared against the same build scope.

  1. 01

    Share the project

Tell us the service, quantity, target date and the question you need answered. Mention an NDA before sharing confidential files.

Start with: a brief or available files
  2. 02

    Resolve the open points

Discuss construction, parts availability, sourcing responsibilities, testing and any exceptions that affect the proposed build.

    Review: scope, price and schedule
  3. 03

    Agree the release

Confirm the files and BOM revision, approved alternatives, acceptance criteria and any first-article approval you require.

    Confirm: the production baseline
  4. 04

    Review the deliverables

Agree the outgoing inspection records and delivery arrangement. Keep the order reference and accepted revision for repeat builds.

    Retain: the agreed evidence package

LET’S MAKE THE NEXT STEP EASY

What are you working on?

Choose your project type and main priority. We will prepare an editable starting brief for your enquiry. No files or contact details are needed here.

1. What do you need?

Your selection helps start the conversation. It is not a feasibility check or an order.

YOUR STARTING POINT

PCB assembly

Bring the board, sourcing and test requirements together.

Useful to have — when available

  • BOM with manufacturer part numbers
  • Gerber and pick-and-place files
  • Assembly drawing and test requirements

Ask for applicable UL / ISO 9001 documentation, electrical-test coverage and the outgoing report package.

BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH

A few questions
you may have.

For anything specific to your design, ask our team directly.

Can I enquire before my files are finished?

Yes. Share your project type, approximate quantity, target date and the question you need answered. Tell us what is still open. Complete, approved manufacturing files are needed before a production release.

Can PCBSync supply both the bare PCB and the assembled board?

Yes. PCB manufacturing and PCB assembly are available as part of a turnkey project. We can also discuss consigned or mixed component sourcing. Identify which boards and parts you will supply so the quotation covers the right work.

What should I request for supplier qualification?

Start with the applicable UL and ISO 9001 documents, manufacturing capabilities and quality-control requirements. Add your supplier questionnaire, industry-specific requirements and the inspection records you need. Certification scope and order requirements should be reviewed for the actual build.

Can I request an NDA before sending design files?

Yes. Mention the confidentiality agreement or file-transfer process you require in your first message. Wait until the terms are agreed before sharing confidential files.

How are delivery dates and online budgets confirmed?

Online tools provide budget or planning references. The project quotation follows review of the files, materials, component availability, quantities and test requirements. Agree the production starting conditions and distinguish manufacturing time from transit time.

What if there is an issue with a delivered build?

Contact us with the order reference, board revision, affected quantity and available photos or test results. Identify the acceptance requirement involved so the team can review the issue and discuss the appropriate next action.
