Notes:
For PCB fabrication, we require PCB design file in Gerber RS-274X format (most preferred), *.PCB/DDB (Protel, inform your program version) format or *.BRD (Eagle) format. For PCB assembly, we require PCB design file in above mentioned format, drilling file and BOM. Click to download BOM template To avoid file missing, please include all files into one folder and compress it into .zip or .rar format.

About PCBSync

PCBSync: PCB fabrication
and assembly in China.

PCB fabrication, assembly and electronics manufacturing services in China — for prototypes, repeat batches and production programs.

A company overview should be followed by a project-specific technical exchange. Send a controlled file set and identify the decisions that need review; keep the accepted scope and exceptions with the quotation. See PCB documentation package for the related requirements.

Bring the design, the questions and the acceptance requirements. Start with the service you need; agree the construction, sourcing and verification before releasing the build.

One project. Defined responsibilities.

Choose the work you need us to quote.

01

PCB fabrication

Rigid, multilayer, HDI, flex, rigid-flex, RF and specialty constructions. Specify the material, finished dimensions, stack-up, copper and acceptance requirements. Advanced constructions need a design review.

02

PCB assembly

SMT, through-hole and mixed-technology assemblies. Choose turnkey, partial-turnkey or consigned supply, then define stencil, programming, coating and test needs.

Product integration

Bring board assemblies, cables and mechanical parts into a documented build. Define assembly drawings, interface checks, firmware and product-level acceptance before a box-build quotation.

A capability depends on the combination of features in your design. A layer count, trace width or material name alone is not an approval to manufacture.

Evidence before approval

Know what will support your supplier decision.

PCBSync confirms UL and ISO 9001 credentials. For supplier qualification, request the current documents and check the named entity, manufacturing site, validity and scope against the work you are buying.

PCB quality control includes 100% bare-board electrical testing. Outgoing inspection reports follow the agreed IPC requirements. Test reports, microsection inspection and functional testing form part of the quality discussion; agree the applicable coverage and report package for your order.

From first inquiry to repeat build

Make the important decisions visible.

  1. Share the release package

Identify the PCB and BOM revisions, quantities, desired delivery and open technical questions. If files are not ready, start with a project brief.

  2. Confirm the quotation scope

Separate bare boards, components, processing, tooling, tests and delivery. Review proposed substitutions and unresolved items before approving the offer.

  3. Agree build acceptance

Document the DFM decisions, first-article needs, test procedure and report set. Confirm when the production lead-time clock starts.

  4. Control the next revision

For a repeat order, identify changes to files, parts, firmware or test limits. Ask what records can be retained and how changes will be approved.

Ask questions that matter to your product.

For a prototype, the priority may be resolving an assembly risk. For production, it may be component availability, repeatability and traceability. A useful supplier conversation covers both the board and the records needed to accept it.

Use the checklist below to prepare your questions. It is a request for review, not a certificate, completed audit or production approval.

A useful first conversation

Prepare your supplier review brief.

Select the records and decisions you need. Download the brief or add it to the inquiry below; no files are uploaded by this checklist.

Before you send a project

What do you need for an accurate quote?

For bare boards, start with fabrication data, quantity, stack-up and required materials or finishes. For assembly, add a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, placement data and an assembly drawing. Identify sourcing ownership, special processes, test requirements and target delivery. Files are optional for an initial discussion.

Can I use the online budget as an order price?

The planners provide reference budgets and help describe a project. The quotation is confirmed after file, sourcing, process and delivery review. Check the stated exclusions before comparing suppliers.

Can I request an NDA or a supplier questionnaire?

Ask for the NDA process or send your supplier questionnaire before sharing restricted project details. Identify which documents your purchasing or quality team needs to review.

What happens if a result does not meet the agreed requirements?

Include the order, board revision and relevant inspection or test evidence when reporting the issue. Review containment, investigation, disposition and any corrective action with the responsible team. Agree project-specific responsibilities and response expectations before order release.

Talk through the project

Start with what you know.

Tell us what you are building, the quantity and the decision you need help with. Mark anything uncertain. Phone and WhatsApp details are optional.
